Q. Nowadays the crime rate is increasing, especially among teenagers. What are the reasons behind it? How can we reverse this trend? What punishment methods do you think should be used? 

Today, the number of various types of crime is growing at an alarming rate in society. Juvenile delinquency is becoming a major concern around the world. This essay will outline the reasons for this dire danger, and also suggest some effective solutions to this problem.

To commence with, poverty and unemployment are the two major factors responsible for the upsurge in juvenile delinquency as poor parents are unable to educate their children. Moreover, unemployment forces people to manage their home by hook or by crook. In addition, homelessness forces young people to live on the streets, where they encounter various antisocial elements. Sometimes young people watch deceptive and violent TV shows that have a detrimental effect on their immature minds and are encouraged to imitate what they watch. Also, bad company at school or college can drive them into a quagmire of drug addiction and other types of felony. Domestic violence, family conflicts, social neglect and poor parental supervision, as well as communication are some of the other elements that lead to this serious problem.

On the other hand, laws must be scrutinized to ensure that there are no loopholes to punish those responsibly. Corruption should also be eradicated so that no one can escape punishment by bribing police officers or judges. Markets selling stolen goods should be targeted and eliminated. Moreover, it is necessary to organize youth awareness programs in order to foster consciousness among the younger generation. In addition, there should be no availability of medicines or access to pornography and misinforming the show's hostile tanker. Offenders should be sent to rehabilitation centers, not prisons, which can help change their temperament, and they can receive appropriate counseling and supervision. However, those who commit heinous crimes such as rape or murder must be promptly sentenced so that society can learn from this lesson.

To conclude, the growing number of adolescent crime can be controlled by ensuring the right to education for all, and the creation of additional employment opportunities can help meet the financial needs of youth in the right way. The younger generation is the builder of the nation, so it needs to be taken care of and kept on the right track.
