Q. Whether a person achieves his goal in life or not is mostly related to luck. What extent do you agree or disagree?

Many people claim that luck plays the most important role in achieving their goals in life. Personally, I strongly disagree with this opinion, since hard work, determination and perseverance are more important factors than luck in achieving various goals.

There are many reasons to reinforce my point. Firstly, there are a few people who, no matter what, reach the pinnacle of success through dedication and hard work. For example, the difficulties that the late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam faced in his childhood; However, he conquered all the formidable challenges through relentless perseverance and patience. Needless to say, he achieved everything he achieved during his presidency and in his scientific career.

Furthermore, everything that is achieved only through luck does not last long if successful people do not make diligent efforts to maintain it. For instance, people open businesses for their children; however, their business only grows if these kids dedicate time and show dedication to their work. To illustrate, people can make a lot of money through sheer luck; however, if they do not know how to invest this money, they will soon squander it.

Moreover, there are people who are born with physical disabilities, but nevertheless they have a success story. Take, for example, Helen Keller, who was deaf and blind, but through her determination and unparalleled efforts became a prominent writer and political activist. Although she wasn't born rich, she fought hard and became the epitome of hard work and determination.

In conclusion, I firmly reiterate that luck does not play a major role in achieving success, and factors such as perseverance, purposefulness and dedication are more important in achieving goals.
