Q. Some people believe that if the police carry guns, it encourages a higher level of violence in this society. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, Armed Police Forces are playing a vital role in maintaining the security of the communities. Nevertheless, a contentious debate remains as to whether their allowance for carrying a hot weapon may have been an influencing factor in reducing the rate of infringement or is the motivation for higher crime. This essay will discuss the proposed topic from both perspectives with some detailed explanations.

To inaugurate, without weapons it is impossible to protect the inhabitants from the dangers of criminals. It is an undeniable fact that the majority of offenders carry firearms, which represents the importance of having firearms for the police. Also, if criminals are aware of the fact that these safe holders have firearms, they will be vigilant about their actions; Thus, the level of law breaking will be limited and will be reduced to a minimum level which is an influential parameter in raising the standard of living in an area. Therefore, it can be clearly argued that the police are not strong enough against offenders without weapons, since they themselves can be victims.

However, the crowd may be motivated to buy guns for themselves to ensure their safety. A police officer with a gun can convey the need for weapons to the community living in the area, which will lead to a significant increase in crime in the area. For example, by observing the military forces in the region, settlers can be encouraged to buy armories as an effective means of protecting their loved ones; Meanwhile, lack of knowledge about these hazardous elements may have reversible consequences for the population, as it may increase the threat to families in their homes, especially the younger generation. In addition, it can be an extremely negative parameter for strengthening police officers with weapons due to their destructive effect on the population, in order to provide cabinets.

To conclude, I reaffirm that the armed forces can both prevent atrocities and intensify aggression in the zone; however, I strongly believe that the role of a lawyer with cabinets can be more sacrificial. In addition, it is highly recommended to inform the nation about the need to have warm weapons for the policemen, preventing them from buying weapons for themselves.
