Q. In the future, it seems that it will be more difficult to live on earth. Some believe that more money should be spent on exploring other planets for life, such as Mars. What extent do you agree or disagree?
The existence of our own planet is becoming challenging day by day due to the increasing disorder in the environment and society. For this, a group of individuals suggest that more funding should be given to research so that people can live on other planets. I do not agree with this opinion, and therefore the essay will argue why more funds should be used to improve the Earth, instead of spending on space exploration.
Many people believe that in the near future the world will become uninhabitable due to the large number of social crimes occurring in society, as well as various forms of pollution occurring in the environment. Unfortunately, most governments and relevant authorities are not able to effectively control these man-made disasters with population growth, which, in turn, adversely affect the entire human race. For example, a study conducted by researchers at Harvard University scholars in late 2018 shows that 44% of Chicago residents feel unsafe to leave their home everyday for work due to environmental and social damage. As a result, a significant number of developed countries are working on other planets such as Mars to make them habitable in case the Earth cannot meet their needs. In this regard, some governments allocate a larger budget for space research, rather than spending it on human needs.
Despite several major obstacles the world is facing, the idea that the Earth will no longer be habitable for our lives is downright ridiculous. The reason for this belief is that all the unhappiness in society and the deadly pollution that occurs are created by men. Social and environmental disasters can certainly be eliminated or reduced to a significant level if all governments establish strict law and order for their people and emphasize a strong public consciousness to save the planet from further decay. For instance, the recent global outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic is forcing people to stay at home, and as a result, there has been a significant reduction in overall pollution in all countries; also very few crimes occur because of people's controlled lifestyle. So, people still have the power to protect and heal the earth by their own deeds.

Q.
Some people think that companies and private individuals should pay to clean up the pollution that they produce, not the government. What extent do you agree or disagree?
Protection of the environment is becoming challenging day by day for human beings. Some people argue that pollution caused by various organizations and individuals should be cleaned by them, not by the government. I strongly agree with the statement that everyone should be responsible for creating their own mess. Let me elaborate with some relevant examples.
To
inaugurate with, there are various factories and other companies that produce tons of garbage every day that pollute the soil. For example, studies show that 65% of the land in India has been contaminated and the soil has become unsuitable for growing crops and other food plants. Farmers use excessive amounts of chemicals for good production, which also causes air pollution and leads to numerous life-threatening diseases.
Furthermore, the machines that businesses and factories use for various purposes make loud noises that pollute the air and make the environment harmful to residents. For instance, chimneys used in plastics factories leave smoke and excessive noise. It also worsened the impact on people, causing them hearing problems and causing environmental disturbance. Government authorities should enact a law that all private companies and individuals must follow to properly dispose of the waste they produce. Also, if they don't want to be cleaned, they have to pay for cleaning. Because the government should invest this money in other areas such as health care, education and other needs of the nation.
