Q. Some believe technology has made our lives too complex and the solution is to lead a simpler life without technology. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

A couple of people think that it is easy to live without technology, but the introduction of the latest equipment into our lives complicates it. I disagree that the simple way is the only solution, and in this essay, we will discuss how machines have made our lives easier.

In the early days, everyone lives their life without any luxury due to the lack of amenities. To explain further, people travel miles and miles on foot due to the lack of any means of transport, and also people are used to living without smartphones, as a result of which, in case of any emergency, they could not contact their family members. In addition, ladies do their usual household chores by hand, such as mopping floors, blending spices, or cooking food over charcoal. All of the above illustrations clearly show that early life was not easy and people suffer and work harder than the current generation.

On the other hand, continuous scientific research has eclipsed the entire globe with its latest achievements and made it feasible and easy in daily life to develop the latest and fastest means of the transportation system, making life easier for people as one can travel without any hassle. Smartphones connect people in a fast and easy way to get all the latest news from all over the world. Along with this, the latest electronic equipment makes life a paradise, such as vacuum cleaners, electric blenders, coffee machines, electric stoves and more. However, this makes the nation lazy and each person performs less physical activity, which causes several health problems.

In conclusion, I agree that advanced automation makes everything so easy that you can do anything at your fingertips, however, a person should not be completely dependent on these gadgets, as in the long term it can cause serious health problems for future generations. Everyone needs to balance their routine accordingly as well as do some manual tasks to stay more active.
