Q. Some people argue that the use of animals in medical research for the benefit of humans is acceptable, while others claim that it is wrong. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

When it comes to animal testing, there is a growing debate about whether researchers should conduct research at the expense of animals for the benefit of humans. While some people argue that this is ethically wrong and unacceptable, I believe their sacrifices must continue to create a better and healthier world.

Many animal lovers argue that researchers / scientists should stop using living things for experiments, as they believe that it is morally wrong and cruel and humans are not allowed to use other organisms to their advantage. In addition, they believe there are several alternative ways to replace these animals in tests. For instance, a computer program that shows the suitability of a new drug for the human immune system can be used for medical research. Thus, animals will no longer suffer from medical experimentation, and humans will still be able to reap the benefits of medical advances.

However, animals have made a significant contribution to improving health, and there is no alternative method yet that can provide the same results as animals in medical research. Although some computer programs are used to conduct clinical trials, their results are often ineffective when the drug is administered to humans. What's more, while humans benefit from animal experimentation, other forms of wildlife benefit from the test results as well, as these animals can also suffer from similar diseases that humans experience, such as cancer and asthma.

To conclude, there are compelling arguments for and against animal testing. Although the exploitation of the lives of these animals seems brutal, their sacrifices are necessary for the long-term survival of humans and other living organisms.
