Q. Some people believe that the most fittest and strongest person and team can achieve success in sports, others believe that success depends on the mental attitude. Discuss both perspectives and give your opinion?

In the modern world, it is believed that many people think mental attitude is the key to success, while others think that physical strength and well-being can lead to prosperity. After reflecting on this phenomenon, I believe that only a balance between mental wellness and physical training can lead to success.

To commence with, it is really important to be strong for men and women athletes. In this regard, they must be well prepared to become a champion or winner. In addition, many sports such as wrestling, and martial arts require physical strength and endurance. For example, ordinary people cannot run 4 km in 16 minutes, and they must train every day to achieve this.

On the other hand, a key component of prosperity is mental health. At the same time, athletes must know how to beat their rivals and counterparts. That is to say, they must plan their every move in advance. Furthermore, internal health is necessary to be a champion in many sports such as boxing, jogging and swimming. To illustrate, in these sports there are many emotional moments and situations. Accordingly, people should restrain their emotions in such situations in order not to show their weaknesses.

In conclusion, while many people tend to think that the fittest and strongest person can be the winner, others believe that inner health is vital to being a champion. However, in my opinion, I believe that people need to be efficient and productive in order to defeat their opponents.
