Q. Art is considered as an important part of society as well as an expression of its culture. Do you think it is important to teach art to children? Do you think adolescent should be encouraged to focus on art rather than other subjects?

Art is an essential part of cultural heritage. Therefore, all over the world, art is an important element of cultures. However, nowadays few people are interested in art. In fact, most people lean towards subjects like science, technology, and business. The main reason for this is the money earned after studying these subjects as they offer better job prospects. However, this situation can be dealt with if the authorities take a number of measures together with the general public.

People are losing interest in art because they don't see it as a practical subject. In other words, studying art may not help them get a good job at a multinational company. Many artists struggle to make a living compared to those in the business and technology sectors. Focusing on subjects other than art is considered the gateway to success. For example, a recent poll by Times Magazine found that many science graduates are offered more job offers than art graduates.

However, art is the foundation of our culture. Lack of interest in art will eventually lead to the death of a rich cultural heritage throughout the world. The government can help revive younger generations' interest in the arts. The authorities should allocate funds for the development of the art sphere through the construction of art schools and the maintenance of art galleries. The organization of cultural events will create jobs for many and attract many tourists. Increasing the number of tourists will help increase income. Better financial prospects will serve as an incentive for people to pursue art as a passion and career option.

In conclusion, subjects such as science, technology, and business are lucrative in terms of job prospects, but the arts can also be a source of livelihood. For the survival of art, the joint efforts of the state and the people are necessary.
