Q. It is better for people to be unemployed than being employed with a job they do not enjoy. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There are several seekers of the perfect post. People believe that it is better to be unemployed than to work somewhere if the task is not according to choice. I partially agree with this statement and will share my opinion in an essay with relevant details.

On the one hand, having a job that person likes will make the employment joyful. Firstly, there would be less concentration in work if the task is not according to demand. Furthermore, there is a high probability of errors in the execution of the task. For example, almost every project is invested in a large amount through the client side, so if a person cannot focus, this can lead to financial losses. Secondly, if a person continues to try to do what he does not like, then there will be little chance of career growth. Also, the chances of promotion will be less in the field where you do not want to continue working.

On the other hand, having a profession is an integral part of life in order to live smoothly. First and foremost, no job would be more dangerous as no work could lead them to starvation level. Moreover, if there is no income, it will be more difficult to organize meals. For instance, if an earning member does not work, it will be difficult for him to feed his family. Another factor is that there will be a loophole in the resume if the person decides not to fight until the required work is done. Hence, there will be a bad impression due to gaps or lack of stability due to lack of career choice.

In conclusion, desired work is necessary as the person will be more focused, however, working to meet basic needs is not a bad deal. I think that everyone should decide for themselves depending on the situation.
