Q. The best way to understand other cultures is to work for a multinational organization. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In this contemporary era, while opponents believe that working in multinational companies improves communication skills with other nationalities, supporters have a diverse view. However, I am a firm believer that it also has a good impact on individuals and society. My reasoning will be explained further.

To inaugurate with, interacting with people from other countries improves your mindset. For example, when employees meet their foreign colleagues, they learn useful things from their culture and begin to accept different ways of thinking. For example, in Egypt, when Egyptians hired a multinational company, they were more reserved and assessed the cost of the work. Therefore, it can be said that employees of Japanese companies not only have lucrative jobs, but also learn different ethics from them.

However, Syrian and Italian restaurants in many countries around the world influence the food patterns in them. In other words, if these restaurants have chefs, they study a lot of different dishes. A prime example of this is pizza, which spread to many cities as many chefs learned to cook it while working in Italian restaurants. Plus, many people feel satisfied when they eat it. Therefore, by working in such stores, you bring many delicious dishes to the local kitchen.

To conclude, having covered the above-mentioned points in this essay, it can be emphasized once again that recruitment in multinational enterprises plays an effective role in blending different cultural ideas. However, I am convinced that the impact of participation in such organizations cannot be underestimated.
