Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to apply for a job as a receptionist at your hotel, as the newspaper reported recently. I am twenty-four years old and graduated from Birmingham City University where I studied hotel and tourism management.

During my graduate training period, I worked for three months as a receptionist in a small hotel, which was a great experience and helped me put my knowledge into practice. After graduation, I attended two seminars held by experts in my field, which gave me even more valuable information. I can fluently speak English, German, Russian and French.

I am very interested in this job because I really like what I do and I think I am suitable for this position. I also really enjoy meeting people from all over the world and this job will be a good opportunity for me to practice the foreign languages that ​​I speak. I hope you will be interested in my application.
